The artists, designers and institutions we work with set their own charges for delivery. If you buy more then one item, charges will be applied by supplier, not by order.

The following offers a typical guideline for delivery costs, depending on your location:

DELIVERY FAQS

How long until my order arrives?

We ask our suppliers to dispatch items within two days of receiving the order.

As a guideline, if you're in the same country as the supplier, expect your order to arrive within 7 days. For further afield, please allow up to 2-3 weeks. This estimate does not apply to art orders - please see below for further details.

Tracking my order

Sign into your account and click on 'My Orders'. You'll be able to see when your items were dispatched, and any tracking codes where available.

What shall I do if my order is late?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days (from sellers in the same country) or between 2-3 weeks (for sellers in other countries), please contact us at returns@culturelabel.com.

How do you deliver art?

We work closely with artists and galleries to ensure that the utmost care is taken to get the item transported to you in its finest condition.

To make sure this happens, the gallery will call you directly to arrange and pay for delivery.

Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive works of art.

28-DAY RETURNS PROMISE

We are sure you’ll be delighted with any item you purchase through the Saatchi Store

If for any reason you don't like an item when it arrives, return it within 28 days of receipt and a full refund or replacement.

If you aren't happy with your purchase, if it gets damaged in transit, or if it becomes faulty please email us at returns@culturelabel.com or call +44 (0)20 7749 6857 and we will provide you with details on how to return it direct to the supplier.

If the item is damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage.

In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
