Conarco Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy, together with the General Terms and Conditions explains how we will do this. Unless the context otherwise requires, definitions set out in the General Terms and Conditions apply in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

- From time to time we will ask you for further information, for example if you make a purchase, enter a competition, add a Contribution to the Site or in order to complete survey. If you do order products through the Site, we may use your information to fulfil your order and may retain details of the transaction.
- If you contact us, make a compliant or report a problem with the Site or the Services, we may keep a record of all such correspondence.
- To notify you about changes to the Site, the Services or the User Agreement.

Use of Cookies

Our website is hosted by a third party, Memset Limited, but we agree with that third party that they will keep your information secure and not use it for other purposes.
If you sign up for Services that are managed or offered by other persons or entities, they will obtain your information.
A number of third party websites have links on the Site. If you link to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
If we believe that your use of the Site is unlawful or damaging to others or is in breach of the User Agreement, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the Site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.
Where do we store your information?
We may transfer your information to destinations outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), for example where this is necessary in order for a Supplier to fulfil an order from you or process your payment. By submitting your information you agree to any such transfer, storing and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please note that although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when it is being transmitted by you to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
How can you access information held about you by us?
You are entitled under the Data Protection Act 1998 to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a small fee to meet our costs in complying with the same.
